Crock pot pork roast


I got a crock pot this weekend!  I don’t know how I got along without one of these things, it is so nice coming home to dinner ready and the house smelling great!

In the crock was pork loin, red bell peppers, garlic, olive oil, a cup of water and a few shakes of lots of random seasonings.

Served on spinach and romaine lettuce with some chunks of local raw milk cheddar. 

We also had some leftover kale in the fridge that I threw in the oven to make kale chips..

And here is my dinner for last night.  Swordfish with tapenade and roasted mixed veggies.

With a berry and walnut salad…
