I got a crock pot this weekend! I don’t know how I got along without one of these things, it is so nice coming home to dinner ready and the house smelling great!
We also had some leftover kale in the fridge that I threw in the oven to make kale chips..
And here is my dinner for last night. Swordfish with tapenade and roasted mixed veggies.
With a berry and walnut salad…
