I had a very interesting lunch. I had some leftover chickpeas, broccoli, and a few brussel sprouts, so I decided to throw them all together in a stirfry! First, I baked the brussel sprouts and broccoli with a little bit of olive oil for about 20 minutes.
Once the brussel sprouts and broccoli were tender and browned, I sauteed them together with garlic and chickpeas. I threw in some brown rice near the end.
