Tuna Sandwich

For lunch today I made an open-faced tuna sandwich.

I made it simple with just solid white albacore, celery, mayo, salt and pepper.

The tuna salad went on top of a slice of Udi’s gluten free sandwich bread.  The bread was toasted, with a little avocado and spinach leaves in between.

Good lunch!
