Rosemary & Garlic Salmon and Annie’s Rice Pasta & Cheddar

Dinner tonight was salmon cooked in olive oil with rosemary and garlic with a side of steamed broccoli and Annie’s GF Rice Pasta and Cheddar.

Annie’s is my favorite GF macaroni and cheese I have had so far.  It’s noodle texture and cheese flavor are very similar to Kraft brand macaroni and cheese.  The box directions don’t call for butter, only nonfat milk, but the cheese sauce still tastes rich and creamy.

I’ve always wanted to try Annie’s GF mac and cheese, so now I definitely will!

  3. Yeah, I paid about $4 bucks at Wholefoods for it, so when I saw it that cheap at Target, I stocked up!
